How do I connect with my therapist?
Your therapist will give you an invite code. Enter it in the app under "Connect to therapist" and you'll be linked to their care.

If you don't have a code, ask your therapist for one.
My invite code isn't working
If you've used this code before, you may already be connected. Try signing into the account you used originally.

Still not working? Contact us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Go to Settings → Account → Subscription → Manage subscription. This will take you to the App Store or Play Store where your subscription is managed.

You'll keep full access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on where you subscribed. You can request a refund through their support.

If you're having trouble, reach out to us and we'll help.
What if I can't afford the subscription?
We don't want cost to be a barrier. You can request free access directly from the subscription screen in the app.

We'd rather you use Euneo for free than go without support.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and authenticate to confirm. This will permanently remove your data.

If you just want to cancel your subscription but keep your history, cancel instead of deleting.
I'm not getting reminders
First, check that notifications are enabled for Euneo in your phone settings.

iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Euneo.
Android: Settings → Apps → Euneo → Notifications.

If they're on and you're still not getting reminders, contact us.
My program disappeared
Make sure you're signed into the correct account. Go to Settings → Account to check your email.

If you recently changed devices, sign in with the same account you used before.
